Organisational Transformation

Management of internal change in organisations, typically involving the implementation of a new organisational structure or significant change to processes or technologies designed to optimise the efficiency of an organisation.

Organisational change is typically instigated by one of the following:

  • Perceived defects in delivery
  • Mergers or acquisitions
  • A shift in business direction or aims
  • Budgetary or operational challenges

Using third party managers to deliver business change is recommended as it provides a focused, independent and unbiased approach. We use the following steps to manage business change:

  • Definition of the change to be made if known (or problem statement with potential solutions)
  • Measurement of the existing situation to enable identification of success
  • Delivery of the change
  • Review of the change to ensure success
